How do payment and inspection work?
Payment methods and schedules are agreed for your project. Before shipment, talk to us about a factory visit, video inspection or an independent third-party inspection.
How do you choose the right equipment?
Room and bed counts are the starting point. We also check occupancy, peak shower use, incoming water temperature, bathtubs, spa or laundry needs, and the installation layout. Our engineers then select tank capacity, heating output and any backup equipment for your project.
Temperature control and circulation are designed for the project. Backup arrangements are selected against the required load; two units alone do not define the backup capacity.
What does the site need?
- Suitable power at the plant area. Local voltage and 60 Hz configurations can be arranged.
- A cold-water connection, drainage and a location with adequate airflow and maintenance access.
- Equipment access for delivery and lifting. For rooftop tanks, structural load approval from the project's qualified engineer.

Can you work with our existing system or installer?
Yes. We assess existing tanks and pipework for reuse, and plan the replacement with your team. Choose our on-site installation and commissioning, or supervision for your contractor.
What about coastal or multi-building properties?
Coastal protection, pressure zones, separate storage and circulation loops can be included in the design. Tell us about the site so we can select the appropriate configuration.
